Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Capitalised terms carry the meanings assigned below wherever they appear in this document, related policies, and any supplementary communications from cvk999.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the cvk999 Platform in any capacity — including browsing game pages without a registered Account — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

cvk999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, cvk999 will notify registered Players by email to their registered address at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you access the cvk999 Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal, you do so at your own risk and in violation of these Terms. cvk999 does not warrant that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ensure that their participation in online gaming complies with the laws applicable in their location.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To access real-money gaming, betting markets, and financial services on the cvk999 Platform, you must first create a registered Account. Registration is free of charge. Each Player may hold only one Account on the cvk999 Platform at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") constitutes a Restricted Activity under Section 6 and will result in account suspension.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on cvk999, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. cvk999 is strictly an adult platform. Players who cannot confirm their age upon request will have their Account suspended pending verification.
• Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You must not hold, nor have previously held, another Account on the cvk999 Platform that was suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• Accuracy of Information: All registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current. You must update your Account details promptly if any information changes.
• Own Use: You must register and use your Account solely on your own behalf. Operating an Account on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to operate your Account, is prohibited.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of cvk999 or any affiliated Game Provider.

cvk999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or in response to any account activity that triggers a security review. Acceptable verification documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. In addition, proof of ownership of the registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account registered in your name) may be required.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the cvk999 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). cvk999 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by players across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposit terms:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction via all supported payment methods.
• Deposit processing time: Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to the Player's cvk999 Account balance within 10 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 hours.
• Deposit fees: cvk999 does not charge a processing fee on deposits. Any fees levied by your mobile network operator or banking institution are the sole responsibility of the Player.
• Deposit ownership: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and the return of funds to the originating source.
• Currency: All deposits are accepted in BDT only. cvk999 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

Withdrawal terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within 60 seconds for verified Accounts in good standing. Bank withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering.
• Verification requirement: Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission. cvk999 aims to complete the verification review within 24 hours of receiving all required documents.
• Bonus balance: Bonus funds and winnings derived from Bonus funds are subject to the Wagering Requirements described in Section 5 before they become eligible for withdrawal. Real-money balance and Bonus balance are tracked separately.
• Withdrawal rejection: cvk999 reserves the right to reject a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, a Restricted Activity violation, or a regulatory obligation to hold funds pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

cvk999 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing Players. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is presented, as well as the general Bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

• Eligibility: Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are available to registered Players who have completed Account verification and are in good standing. cvk999 reserves the right to exclude any Player from a specific promotion at its discretion.
• One Bonus per household: Bonus offers are limited to one per Player, per household, per shared IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same Bonus multiple times through multiple Accounts constitute multi-accounting and will result in Account suspension.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless a promotion is specifically designated "no wagering", all Bonus funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before withdrawal eligibility is granted. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is displayed on each promotion's detail page.
• Game weighting: Different game categories may contribute different percentages toward a Wagering Requirement completion. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a reduced rate. The exact weighting applicable to each promotion is stated on the promotion detail page.
• Validity period: All Bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an unfulfilled Wagering Requirement at the time of Bonus expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonus abuse: cvk999 employs automated and manual review systems to detect Bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies, pattern betting designed to satisfy Wagering Requirements without genuine play risk, and coordinated exploitation across multiple Accounts. Accounts found to be engaged in Bonus abuse will have Bonus winnings voided and may be suspended.
• cvk999 discretion: cvk999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any Bonus already credited to a Player's Account at the time of discontinuation will remain subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of the grant.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a Player on the cvk999 Platform, you agree to use the service solely for its intended purpose — personal entertainment in the form of online casino gaming and sports betting — and to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, honest, and respectful of other users and the integrity of the Platform.

The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:

• Multi-accounting: Creating, operating, or accessing more than one Account on the cvk999 Platform, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment credentials, false identity documents, or any form of deception to create an Account, make deposits, or claim Bonuses.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinated live betting, and pre-arranged match outcomes.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, macros, or any automated software to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an advantage not available to standard users.
• Exploitation of software errors: Taking deliberate advantage of a technical error, software bug, or misconfigured odds in a manner that a reasonable person would recognise as unintended. Any winnings derived from known errors may be voided.
• Money laundering: Using the cvk999 Platform as a vehicle to launder, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity.
• Minors: Knowingly allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 18.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at cvk999 staff or other Players through any channel associated with the Platform.
• Intellectual property infringement: Reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any cvk999 content without express written authorisation.

cvk999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in a Restricted Activity, to void any bets or winnings associated with the violation, and to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a legal obligation exists, cvk999 will report the matter to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the cvk999 Platform — including but not limited to the cvk999 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, game assets, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of cvk999 or its licensed Game Providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without express written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use the cvk999 brand name, logo, or trademark in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without written authorisation.
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the Platform for commercial purposes.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any software or game engine made available through the Platform.

Game content is provided to cvk999 under licence from third-party Game Providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt. These providers retain all intellectual property rights in their respective game titles. Any use of Game Provider content outside the cvk999 Platform constitutes an infringement of those providers' rights and may expose you to legal action by the relevant rights holder.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cvk999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. cvk999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

cvk999 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any of the following, regardless of the legal basis of the claim:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any loss arising from an interruption in Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events outside cvk999's reasonable control (including force majeure events such as natural disasters, power failures, or civil disturbance).
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information published on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, game statistics, or promotional terms, where such information contains an error that was corrected within a reasonable timeframe.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits cvk999's liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where cvk999's liability cannot be entirely excluded, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your cvk999 Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
